Our mission:

To establish behavioral and cultural metrics as a core parameter of running
great organizations.

Every day, leaders and organizations rely on precise instruments to make sense of the world. Mastering data about technologies, markets and finance helps them create opportunities and grow their business.

But at its core, a business is always »groups of people doing things«. Their routines, dynamics and behaviors are decisive for success. And yet, they remain vaguely understood, and managed by biased gut feelings.

There's a sense that human behavior must be mystical. That it is unmeasurable, magical, and unpredictable.
This is wrong.

We have made it our task to introduce precision into the management of culture. To turn the findings of modern sociology into instruments for confident decisions that drive growth. To not just »put people at the center«, but to make sure that they're actually seen.

»I was born among spies in Cold War Berlin, into a war-torn family straddling three nations. I grew up a diplomat's kid among countless languages and norms. My first job was in the space industry, right as the loss of Space Shuttle Columbia changed the face of spaceflight forever. I'm the award winning author of a documentary film about food as a manifestation of culture. And I've spent two decades helping teams and corporations navigate workplace turmoil with peer-reviewed computational sociology.

Most people find transitional states uncomfortable. Me? I am drawn to them. What everyone wants to just move past quickly is where I'm comfortable. What most teams only experience once, I have been through countless times.«
